Dear customers and victims,
In connection with the ongoing insolvency proceedings concerning companies of the Lyoness/ Lyconet / myWorld group, we have been asked by the insolvency administrators to disclose which of the affected parties we represent have already registered their claims in the respective proceedings.
immediate feedback only from those affected parties we represent who
- have also filed a claim in one of the insolvency proceedings,
- have already made direct contact with an insolvency administrator, the court, a creditors’ protection association or another procedural body,
- or have already submitted documents, declarations or evidence directly to such an authority.
The reason for this is that uncoordinated parallel reports or direct contact can, in individual cases, lead to ambiguities, contradictory information, or unnecessary duplication of effort. This applies in particular to claims already submitted, the stated amount of damages, the documents and proof of payment provided, and the question of how representation has already been indicated or exercised.

If you have already taken appropriate steps yourself, we kindly ask you to inform us of this by email to [email protected] or [email protected] no later than 31.03.2026 .
Please briefly state:
- in which procedure you registered,
- when the registration or contact was made,
- and which documents you submitted.
If we do not receive any notification by the end of this period, we will assume, based on our current knowledge, that you have not made any independent registration or other direct contact.
