Next Phantom Project – SKAI2PAY Without a License?! CEO of PAYNETICS AD Denies Collaboration!
What is going to be presented to members at the Lyconet seminar on September 27, 2024 in Budapest as a “bank license” or “Mastercard”? It will be interesting to see what will be told and announced there.
As already described in our article of 5 August 2024, SKAI2 allegedly attempted to obtain a financial licence from the Bulgarian financial services provider Paynetics AD via MONA99 GmbH or MONA99 Limited. SKAI2 used this hide-and-seek game because the company itself would not obtain a licence or sub-licence from a reputable company.
In response to an email enquiry from Paynetics AD, we were informed (email available to the editors): Valeri Valtchev, the CEO of Paynetics AD, has unequivocally stated that his company has no business relationship or co-operation with the companies SKAI2, SKAI2PAY or Mona99. Valtchev clarifies that Paynetics AD has never been associated in any way with Ponzi pyramid schemes or other illegal activities. Furthermore, he emphasises that Paynetics AD has never offered its services through SKAI2’s channels or applications and that no sub-licences have been granted to SKAI2 or SKAI2PAY. He also explains that although Mona99 was previously used as a marketing channel for one of Paynetics’ partners, this is no longer the case.
He also emphasises that they do not do business with companies or individuals who may be involved in illegal activities. They are committed to providing only legal and ethical financial services that comply with applicable laws and regulations. In its general terms and conditions, Paynetics AD expressly distances itself from involvement in pyramid or Ponzi schemes. Such fraudulent activities violate its policies and terms of use.
In summary, Paynetics declares that participation in or promotion of pyramid and snowball schemes is not only against its company guidelines, but also against the law.
SKAI2 offers its services without any licence. This fact calls the entire project into question. Without a valid licence issued by a recognised financial institution, SKAI2 is operating in a legal no-man’s land. This means that users who utilise their services are not only putting their money at risk, but also their personal data.
SKAI2 in its current form is not a legitimate financial services company – rather a shaky house of cards. Anyone doing business with SKAI2 could be drawn into a maelstrom of legal problems and financial losses.
It is a familiar pattern with Hubert Freidl’s companies: projects are announced in grand style and then fizzle out silently. Hubert Freidl is known for luring customers with big promises and seductive visions, only to deceive them so that money and new customers are channelled into the system. It is nothing less than a staged performance in which hopes are raised that are never fulfilled.
The question now is how SKAI2 intends to get out of this mess and what kind of licence will be pulled out of the hat at the Lyconet event.
We would like to thank CEO Valeri Valtchev for his statement on this case and appreciate his co-operation!
