Freidl’s companies are being liquidated by the courts – Now the former MYWORLD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED!- are being liquidated by the courts –

Now the former MYWORLD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED!
It is apparently part of Hubert Freidl’s plan to rename the companies before a court-ordered liquidation. BENEFIT4ME appears to be the current liquidation name.
It’s actually happening again. It was only in May that we reported on the dissolution of MYWORLD ENTERPRISE LIMITED despite existing liabilities. The dissolution of the company should worry mSP owners, as their hoped-for profit shares in this very company are now acutely jeopardised.
This company was founded in May 2017 under the name CASHBACK WORLD EUROPE LIMITED and has since undergone numerous name changes. The last change of name took place at the end of April 2024. Since then, the company has been called Benefit4me International Limited. It is obvious that the renaming was not done without ulterior motives. No myWorld company was to be officially liquidated and the misery was not to be associated with the myWorld branding. The myWorld name is now just as tarnished as that of Lyoness and Lyconet. Numerous companies registered in the UK have since been renamed from myWorld to Benefit4me – some cancelled by the authorities due to high levels of debt and breaches of accounting obligations.
Less than two months later, the company Benefit4me International Limited has now been forcibly cancelled by court order. The High Court of Justice in London, one of the highest courts in England and Wales, ordered the liquidation of the company on 17 July 2024 after the HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) made an official application for dissolution. The winding-up order is the result of months of investigations and a court hearing that will finally end the company’s existence.
It is important to emphasise that HMRC, one of the UK’s most powerful authorities, was the driving force behind this compulsory liquidation. The reason: significant outstanding tax debts, ignoring legal obligations and suspected financial irregularities.
When a company is liquidated, this means that all of the company’s assets are sold and the proceeds are used to settle the company’s debts and liabilities. the proceeds are used to settle the company’s debts and liabilities.
The consequences of the closure of Benefit4me International Limited, formerly myWorld International Limited, by no means only affect those directly involved. Until 3 April 2024, the company in question was the sole shareholder of the current main company myWorld International AG in Graz, which officially operates the alleged myWorld buying group and issues shares for no discernible consideration. There is no end to the anxiety. There are simply problems at every turn.
There are also problems with Marko Sedovnik, a Lyoness veteran. In February, he was banned by court order from working as a director and corporate body for two years from March 2024. The reason for this was his dubious behaviour as a director at myWorld, which has also led to ongoing investigations against him. Following his resignation from all myWorld companies based in London, he was partially replaced by Dominic Hubert Kollmann, the son of Hubert Freidl. Freidl is now exposing his son to the risks of these dubious companies by appointing him as the successor to the disqualified Marko Sedovnik.
It is not only the companies that are disbanding that are further weakening the network, but also the wire-pullers in the background, who are increasingly disappearing.
