Information and support services for affected individuals without access to their stored data
According to the information available to us, numerous affected individuals report that they have had no access to data stored with myWorld , Lyconet , or affiliated companies since August 2025. In many cases, important documents, back-office content, contract data, communication histories, or other personal information could no longer be backed up before access was lost.
According to our findings, this also partly affects individuals whose data was stored with Lyoness Europe AG, based in Switzerland, which has been insolvent since October 2023, and to which there is also no longer any access.
In these cases, BE Conflict Management has the option of submitting individual requests for information on behalf of the person concerned, based on a separately granted power of attorney.
Purpose of the information request
The purpose of such information requests is to obtain existing data stored about the data subject from the respective responsible entity. Depending on the company concerned and the applicable law, this can be done, in particular, on the basis of Article 15 GDPR or, in the case of Lyoness Europe AG in Switzerland, on the basis of applicable Swiss data protection law.
What data are we talking about?
This can include, in particular:
- Master data
- Registration and account details
- Contract and membership data
- Communication data
- Verification or KYC documents
- Commission, bonus, payout or deposit data
- other personal data, insofar as these are still stored and can be disclosed
It should be noted that such a request for information must always be made individually for each person concerned. A blanket request for information for multiple individuals is generally not legally permissible.
What information is required?
Anyone wishing to take advantage of this opportunity should provide the following information if possible:
- full name
- Previous email address(es)
- Customer number / User ID
- known telephone number(s)
- previous address
- If required: a copy of an identity document for identity verification.
Depending on the specific circumstances, the organizational handling of corresponding information requests can be carried out via the BE-EWIV or BE-EEIG.
Flat fee for data acquisition
of EUR 310.00 will be charged for requesting, procuring, reviewing and processing the personal and contract-related data still available at the insolvent companies .
This flat fee covers exclusively the organizational and administrative costs for requesting, receiving, assigning, checking and preparing the existing documents and data.
Not included are further activities, in particular the extrajudicial or judicial enforcement of claims. Such steps require a separate engagement.
In the event of a subsequent engagement to enforce claims, the already paid lump sum of EUR 310.00 will be fully credited towards the agreed remuneration for this purpose.
Affected individuals who have not had access to their data since August 2025, or whose data was stored with Lyoness Europe AG in Switzerland and could no longer be backed up, can contact us so that we can check whether a corresponding request for information is useful and possible in their case.
