ZENIQ Xera.Pro XPRO: Global Scam through Global Calls?
From the outset, the initiators of Safir / ZENIQ / Xera.Pro / XPRO have relied on a global marketing strategy that is obviously intended to spread their controversial Ponzi scheme to almost all regions of the world. In this article, we will therefore focus on the international activities of this corporate construct.
Let’s start in the German-speaking world: the players with a relevant Safir/ZENIQ past are quite obviously active here, namely Werner Kaiser, himself “Advisor to the Board” and Erwin Dokter, who was most recently associated with the title “Advisor of LayerK and WalleK”. While Dokter has tended to fade into the background in recent months, Kaiser preaches his motivational phrases in almost every “Global Call” to a fairly international audience. The German-speaking audience is supposedly taken over by independent promoters such as Swen Völkl-Schild, Anton “Toni” Ehmann and a certain Willi Köck. Together with Irma Okanovic, the Ehmann/Köck duo dedicate themselves to very detailed Zoom calls and YouTube recordings and apparently also invest a lot of time in moderating a fairly active Telegram group under the name “XPRO D AT CH PRIVAT”. The operators also regularly announce information events and presentation evenings on this channel, such as Swen Völkl-Schild in his “Gästehaus Klein-Holland” in Kapfenberg. When the construct was still called “Xera.Pro”, Gernot Winter, who is familiar to our readers from the VOO/Avinoc research, also took part in this event.
Activities and victims in Europe
In other European countries in Italy as well as in the Balkans, the XPRO initiators not only offer virtual meetings, but are also on site in person to offer special events for local “high performers”, such as the so-called “GO DIAMOND TRAINING TOUR” in Croatia last October. XPRO and its predecessor scams have obviously been quite active in southern Europe in recent years, as the Ponzi scheme also appears to have already duped investors in Greece, as reports from users on trustpilot.com suggest:
Latin American connection from the times of The Blockchain Era & WeWe Global
Just as the players in the German-speaking region clearly have a Safir/ZENIQ past, the other leaders of XPRO can also be traced back to Ponzi schemes that have already failed: Jose Gordo and Gorka Buces, the two men who are always identified as founders of XPRO in the presentation documents, have a relevant MLM past: Gordo was “Country Manager” for Latin America during his time at WeWe Global, while Buces distributed a Ponzi scheme there with “Xifra Lifestyle”. The third man with a connection to South America is Charbel Zalaquett. The Colombian acts as “Head of Operations” at XPRO and was one of the leading minds behind “The Blockchain Era” in Latin America. It is worth noting that the service partner “Shiiro”, which recently joined the XPRO network, also recruited its tutors in Latin America.
Increased activities on all continents
It should be noted that XPRO really takes the promise of a “global community” seriously, as we are currently seeing increased activity of this pyramid game on all continents: Werner Kaiser and Goran Hemstrom, who has not yet been mentioned here, are, as they repeatedly emphasize in the Global Calls, always on promo tour in Australia and present the “High Achievers” there on all channels.
The XPRO initiators and supposedly independent sales partners are also trying to promote their supposed future technologies in Asia, such as Vietnam or India, as well as in Africa, particularly Nigeria, and also in the Arabic-speaking countries.
