ZENIQ / Safir / XPRO: Even more MLM accomplices on board?
If you follow Safir / ZENIQ / XERA.PRO / XPRO on the usual social media and messenger platforms, you could get the impression in recent weeks that events have – once again – been coming thick and fast. One “global call” followed the next, with new service providers and partners being introduced at almost every such event since the start of the year. The corporate construct surrounding XERA.PRO/XPRO already seemed confusing enough, as we reported in our December article on Safir / Zeniq, Blockchain Era, Success Factory and XERA.PRO. We took a closer look at one of these new “service providers” and found out: The new hero in the XPRO universe has already put the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) on notice with past ventures – but please have a read yourself.

Shiiro, the new XPRO partner: Who is Dada Pey?
The XPRO initiators have dedicated several “Global Calls” to the new network partner “SHIIRO” in recent weeks. Goran Hemström, the Global Master Distributor of XPRO, presented the man behind SHIIRO as an “impressive gentleman”. But who is Dada Pey and what can his SHIIRO platform do?
The alleged expert’s real name is Dada Saghdoshpey, he is a young 29 years old and, according to Hemstrom, can already look back on 12 years of expertise in direct sales and forex trading. His platform SHIIRO, which XPRO leaders advertise to their investors in at least one video call per week, has been presenting itself on Instagram as “The Best and Most in Fintech Education” since the profile was created less than four weeks ago. But before we turn our attention to the current business activities of Dada Pey and his XPRO partners in the coming articles, it is worth taking a look at his professional past.
2022 BaFin warning: Trust Your Universe & Universe Academy
When artificial intelligence was on the rise, Saghdoshpey founded “TrustYourUniverse” (TYU), a company that was to offer automated trading software for the crypto and forex market. The promise: Thanks to AI and automated trading strategies, users can gain long-term profits, virtually at the touch of a button. It wasn’t long before the alleged AI super tool turned out to be a scam and brought the supervisory authorities onto the scene: at the end of 2022, the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) launched an investigation into Universe Trading LLC (Trust Your Universe) for unauthorized banking transactions and financial services in Germany:

Trading platform tyu-trade.com: BaFin investigates Universe Trading LLC (Trust Your Universe)
In accordance with Section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (KWG), BaFin clarifies that Universe Trading LLC does not have a license under the KWG to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company is not supervised by BaFin.
The contents of the website tyu-trade.com operated by Universe Trading LLC as well as information and documents available to BaFin justify the assumption that the company is offering unauthorized banking transactions or financial services in Germany.
Providers of banking transactions or financial services in Germany require a license in accordance with the KWG. However, some companies act without the required license. Information on whether a particular company is licensed by BaFin can be found in the company database.
BaFin, the Federal Criminal Police Office and the State Criminal Police Offices advise consumers to be extremely careful when investing money online and to research thoroughly in advance in order to recognize fraud attempts in good time.
Update (May 25, 2023):
According to current information, the company is operating under the new name “Universe Academy LTD” and uses the websites the-universe.academy and my.the-universe.trade.
Update (February 28, 2024):
According to current information, the company currently also operates under the name “LegacyX” and uses the website legacyx.de.”
2023: The FMA in Austria also warns against Trust Your Universe
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) also follows suit in March 2023. The FMA warns against entering into transactions with Saghdoshpey’s companies “allegedly based in Bangkok, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and New York”:

XPRO and SHIIRO – the next scam partnership?
It is therefore up to our readers to form their own opinion about the “expertise” of this new partner in the XPRO network. As is so often the case with MLM scams, Ponzi traps, pyramid and snowball schemes, it is reasonable to suspect that the real source of income in all these supposed super concepts is not the advertised technology itself, but the recruitment of new members or investors.
Together with our EWIV, we are currently preparing a comprehensive lawsuit against those responsible for these companies.
