SKAI2PAY – Another Product from Hubert Freidl’s Think Tank.

22. July 2024

SKAI2 or SKAI2PAY is supposed to be the current game changer according to the vision of Hubert Freidl and is being touted as a new independent and established partner. Freidl and his associates can hardly wait to write the next great success story with myWorld. This time it is supposed to be the big breakthrough. All fake!

SKAI2 is not an established, successful company, but rather a well-known personality in the myWorld world: Sharif Omar, former CEO of a myWorld company. Omar recently founded SKAI2 through HOLONOX UK LTD, which is based in London and Dubai. As part of this, he took over the heavily indebted and virtually worthless Mona99, which was previously under the management of Karlheinz Dobnigg in Vienna, as well as its parent company MONA99 Limited in London.

1) MONA99 Limited now SKAI2PAY Limited

2) SKAI2PAY is HOLONOX Ltd.

SKAI2 is managed by a company named HOLONOX UK LTD based in the UK, which according to Freidl has been a well-known partner for IT solutions in the European and Asian markets for years. This claim is demonstrably a brazen scam. In fact, HOLONOX UK LTD was only founded just over a year ago, including by Sharif Omar himself.

MyWorld is currently actively promoting a new Scan & Go or Pay & Go project. In several recently held Zoom meetings, Freidl and his remaining leaders presented this topic and tried to generate further enthusiasm.

Pay & Go involves being able to shop with a SKAI2 Mastercard and collect cashback and shopping points at partner companies. So far so good. For this purpose, MyWorld has entered into a cooperation with an allegedly reputable and established bank named SKAI2. But our research shows a completely different picture: there can be no talk of seriousness and establishment.

According to the website skai2.com, the company is based in Dubai. The imprint lists a company named Holonox Holding. The address given in Dubai is nothing more than a cover address that is not even officially registered there – a classic mailbox company.

It is nevertheless claimed that myWorld has nothing to do with SKAI2 so far and that only a cooperation for the settlement of sales exists. Again, WRONG! Sharif Omar himself is leading HOLONOX UK LTD. This clearly shows that a serious established partner could not be found for the implementation of this project, as this partner was created by the actors at myWorld themselves.

The companies of Holonox in London and Dubai all originate from the own retort of “Hubert Freidl and friends”. It is not the first time that companies have been specifically designed in “Freidl’s laboratory” and founded with minimum capital to present the next projects as realistically as possible to the marketers.

Since once again great plans are being announced to establish Pay&Go both in Europe and worldwide, obtaining the necessary licenses is a lengthy process, according to Freidl. Lengthy if not impossible, simply because the Lyoness/Lyconet/MyWorld company has never been able to present the required balance sheets to the competent supervisory authorities.

Moreover, several criminal investigations are pending in various countries. SKAI2 does not even come close to meeting the requirements to obtain licenses needed as a financial service provider, not to mention a banking license.

How the licensing issue is attempted to be solved through companies like the Austrian Mona99 and PAYNETICS AD from Bulgaria will be discussed in the next part.

And as always, those affected are welcome to comment on this, or if someone has more or different information, they are welcome to share it with us. We are not interested in making false claims and our primary goal remains the provision of complete documentation.
