GSPartners victims: BE Conflict Management Inc. is assisting with the collection of claims in cooperation with US authorities
!This notice is intended only for persons outside the United States and Canada!
Among other things, it concerns GSB Gold Standard, Karatbars International, G999, the G999 blockchain and the virtual platform ‘Lydian World’ – to name just the most important.
BE Conflict Management Inc., a company registered in Florida, is taking over the claims of numerous aggrieved investors of GSPartners and associated companies by assignment. As the legal representative of these aggrieved investors, BE Conflict Management Inc. has sought cooperation with the relevant US regulatory authorities, including the DFPI (Department of Financial Protection and Innovation) in California, as well as other institutions at federal and state level.
Consolidating claims and legal action
GSPartners and its managers are facing accusations worldwide of having harmed investors with misleading financial products and unrealistic promises of profit. Many of those affected, particularly those from Europe, have suffered significant financial losses and are wary of taking legal action alone due to the high risk of procedural isolation and the fact that the costs are often disproportionate to the potential success.
The California Department of Financial Protection for Investors (DFPI) refund action is specifically aimed at California-based customers, who can file their claims by 22 May 2025.
Investors from other US states may have similar refund claims, as other states such as New Jersey and Washington have also entered into corresponding agreements with GSPartners.
BE Conflict Management Inc. has taken on the task of combining these claims and ensuring clarification and redress through coordinated legal action. In this context, the company is working closely with state and federal financial regulators in the United States.
Cooperation with US authorities
While the DFPI was the first to take action, BE Conflict Management Inc. has already contacted other US authorities and institutions. The objective is to review the legal options at all relevant levels and to put pressure on the responsible parties by working closely with the authorities. Extended legal action in the USA and Europe
In parallel to the regulatory proceedings in the USA, BE Conflict Management Inc. is also taking action in other jurisdictions – particularly in Europe – to initiate additional legal measures. The advantages of a double lawsuit in the USA and Europe lie in the maximum enforcement power: if the debtor owns assets in both jurisdictions, these can be seized in parallel. In addition, a lawsuit in one country can serve as leverage for a faster settlement or payment. If one court decides faster than the other, the judgment can be more easily recognised and enforced internationally.
These additional steps are intended to ensure that injured parties outside the U.S. also have legal recourse against GSPartners and the responsible persons in order to enforce their claims in the best possible way.
BE Conflict Management Inc. will provide information on further developments in this matter in due course.
