A look behind ZENIQ/Safir/XPRO & Avinoc/VOO

21. February 2025

In our previous research into the suspected scam cases surrounding ZENIQ/Safir/XPRO and Avinoc/VOO, we have repeatedly suspected that there are certain entanglements between these two company constructs. In the following article, we therefore look at the obvious links and possible personnel overlaps.

Node #1: Skerl, Dokter, Winter & Zentatec GmbH

As reported in our article “Crypto collapse ZENIQ / Safir /Xera Pro” in June 2024, project initiator Peter Skerl found a few investors and got started with Erwin Dokter as CEO of JUWELIS Digital Systems AG: The supposed high-tech product, the JUWELIS HUB 01, was due to be delivered from August 2020, but delays led to conflicts.

According to JUWELIS, it demanded transparency about the investments, but was blocked by Skerl and Dokter. Vougee GmbH then unilaterally terminated the contracts and JUWELIS legally distanced itself. Erwin Dokter sold JUWELIS GmbH in 2021, apparently without the consent of the original investors, to Gernot Winter, who renamed it Zentatec GmbH at the beginning of 2022.

In August 2024, Winter handed over the management of Zentatec GmbH. Peter Skerl currently appears to have a stake in Zentatec GmbH as the majority owner of VouGee Group FlexCo.

According to its website www.zentatec.gmbh, Zentatec GmbH is apparently responsible for delivering the hubs to Safir/ZENIQ customers that have been outstanding for years. In the corresponding Telegram channels, (former) ZENIQ/Safir investors are complaining that the once highly praised hubs have never been delivered. We have received reports from former investors who received such a hub at the time, but were only able to use it as a “very expensive” desk clock, as none of the promised functions and therefore the suggested crypto profits were never actually available.

Node #2: Skerl, Winter & Avinoc Holding GmbH

In addition to his stake in Zentatec GmbH, Peter Skerl appears to hold a smaller stake in Avinoc Holding GmbH, where Winter has been Managing Director since 2022. Winter is currently also Managing Director of VOO Aviation Service GmbH and VOO Flights GmbH. You can read about the promises this corporate construct makes to attract new investors in our VOO article from September 2024.

Node #3: “Independent” promoters on Telegram

If one observes the activities in the corresponding Telegram groups, some interesting connections between ZENIQ/Safir/XPRO and Avinoc/VOO also appear here. On the one hand, there is the chat thread “AVINOC/VOO & ZENIQ”, where a very active XPRO promoter in German-speaking countries, Toni Ehmann, repeatedly speaks out in connection with ZENIQ and clearly refers to Peter Skerl. On the other hand, this same Ehmann denies any connection between XERAPRO (as XPRO was still called in September 2024) and ZENIQ/Skerl, but as far as we are aware, he is also promoting the respective mutual events & news in the Telegram groups – and thus seems to be involved in both constructs just like other “prominent” promoters.

Node #4: Buy, sell, swap – what?

As if all this wasn’t complicated enough, the supposedly good news for all bruised ZENIQ/Safir investors who were left sitting on their ZENIQ tokens that had become worthless came in a VOO Call in January 2025: “Demand for ZENIQ rises to unprecedented levels” in just four steps according to the presentation slides in the VOO call:

1 VOO buys ZENIQ from users (on Bitmart with USDT)

2 VOO uses ZENIQ to buy AVINOC and VOO (directly from users in DEX Webon)

3 Users who provide liquidity receive fees (0.3% for each VOO and AVINOC swap)

4 VOO TRAVEL uses AVINOC and VOO to pay rewards – that’s what they promise in the presentation sheet below

Fazit: Verdacht auf vielfältige Verbindungen

Conclusion: Suspicion of multiple connections

As always, our readers are of course invited to make up their own minds about the facts presented here. In any case, we suspect that the ZENIQ/Safir initiators were already looking for successors at an early stage and that Avinoc/VOO could now serve as a catch basin for those who were not willing/able to invest in Xera.Pro/XPRO.

We are currently preparing a comprehensive lawsuit with our EEIG against those responsible for these companies.
