SAFIR/ZENIQ & Co.: BECM brings together aggrieved parties
BE Conflict Management Inc. (BECM), which specialises in investigating complex economic crime, is expanding its activities and is now also accepting victims of the crypto projects SAFIR, ZENIQ and XPRO. After extensive research and the collection of incriminating information, BECM believes it is in a position to take legal action against those responsible.
Background: From ambitious projects to alleged fraud
SAFIR and ZENIQ were once presented as revolutionary crypto projects, with the ‘ZENIQ Hub’ as their central product. This device was supposed to enable users to securely manage and trade cryptocurrencies. In reality, there were massive delivery delays, largely non-existent customer support and completely opaque business structures. Customer funds were apparently systematically diverted and concealed, to the clear detriment of investors. Numerous investors report hubs that were never delivered or were defective, as well as dubious, untraceable transactions.
The situation worsened with the introduction of XPRO, which is considered the successor project to XERA.PRO, SAFIR and ZENIQ. Despite officially distancing itself from previous companies, BECM claims that personnel and structural links remain. The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the German BaFin have already warned against certain players and their business models.
BECM’s approach: cooperation with authorities and class action lawsuit
BECM is working closely with international law enforcement agencies to hold those responsible to account. The evidence and witness statements collected form the basis for a planned class action lawsuit. The aim is to help the victims obtain justice and protect other investors from similar experiences.
Call to those affected
Anyone who feels they have been harmed by investments in SAFIR, ZENIQ or XPRO is asked to contact BECM. A structured procedure enables the collection of relevant information and its inclusion in the legal proceedings. Further details and contact information can be found on the official website: www.bekm.eu & www.bekm.us or request information at [email protected].
BECM emphasises that investigating such cases not only serves to obtain compensation, but also has a preventive effect by making potential investors aware of the risks of dubious crypto projects.
Note: As always, those affected are welcome to comment, or if anyone has more or different information, they are welcome to share it with us. We are not interested in making false claims and our primary goal remains to provide complete documentation.
