After several intense years, we are discontinuing our support for victims of Lyconet/myWorld. During this time, we have achieved a great deal together with dedicated partner law firms and debt collection agencies and helped numerous victims obtain justice.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who placed their trust in us.
We will, of course, continue to closely monitor developments relating to Lyconet, myWorld, eCredits, the EliteClub and Blocktrade SA, and will publish relevant information in a timely and transparent manner.
We will, of course, continue to handle all cases already taken on, but we will not be accepting any new mandates relating to Lyconet/myWorld with immediate effect.
At the same time, we look forward to tackling new legal challenges: our work is evolving, and BE Conflict Management will increasingly focus on companies that are currently on numerous warning lists and consumer platforms, including SAFIR/ZENIQ, GSPartners, XPRO, VOO, Cooper.One and others.
We will continue to work closely with national and international partners to support those affected on their path to justice. Together, we remain vigilant, critical and unwavering in our commitment to transparency, fairness and legal certainty.
