MinerX? – Unanswered questions about operator structure, marketing and responsibility
As part of our ongoing research, we have examined the MinerX website (minerx.global) and the environment surrounding the products offered there. The aim of the analysis is to create transparency regarding responsibilities, legal structure and economic plausibility.
Lack of operator and company information
As things stand, the website does not contain any publicly verifiable information on:
• a registered company,
• a summonable address,
• responsible persons,
• or a competent supervisory authority.
There is no legally valid imprint or clear operator identification. For users and interested parties, it therefore remains unclear who is legally responsible for the project and liable.
Unclear role of external groups and alleged investors
External, unofficial project descriptions mention terms such as ‘Right Arm Community’ (as a marketing community) and ‘Assembly of Gods’ (as an alleged investment partner). This information does not come from the MinerX website itself, but from third-party sources with no verifiable registration or organisational data.
To date, no reliable evidence has been found that these are:
• legally existing companies,
• officially commissioned marketers,
• or verifiable investors.
There is also no clear distinction as to who offers, advertises or is contractually responsible for the products.
Technical and economic statements without independent verification
MinerX advertises using technological terms such as AI-supported or ‘quantum-based’ mining. There are currently no publicly available technical audits, independent performance records or verifiable production data that would objectively support these statements.
From a journalistic point of view, these are marketing claims whose actual significance remains unclear without external verification.
Editorial classification
The lack of transparent operator information, verifiable marketing structures and traceable contact persons does not constitute evidence of misconduct. However, it is a significant lack of transparency that requires critical classification from an investor protection perspective.
Invitation to comment
BE Conflict Management expressly invites the responsible operators, marketers or investors of MinerX to comment on the following points:
• Legal operator structure and company name
• Responsible persons and contact details
• Role of ‘Right Arm Community’ and ‘Assembly of Gods’
• Technical and economic evidence of the advertised mining services
All comments received will be given full and fair consideration.
