Benefit4me Global Ltd (formerly myworld.com Global Ltd) facing liquidation – £36.3 million in negative equity

24. May 2025

The international network of companies surrounding Lyoness, Lyconet and myWorld is showing increasing signs of disintegration. The latest example is the British company Benefit4me Global Ltd, formerly myworld.com Global Ltd and MyWorld Alphabet Limited. According to official documents, Dominic Hubert Kollmann, the sole director, applied for the dissolution of the company on 21 May 2025.

The last annual financial statements as of 30 April 2024 show a negative equity of over £36.3 million, which is massive over-indebtedness. Under British law, the remaining assets of a dissolved company fall to the Crown (the state treasury), but this is not to be expected in the present case: creditors will come away empty-handed, and there is unlikely to be any state liquidation.

An international pattern? Four countries, similar developments

The liquidation of Benefit4me Global Ltd is not an isolated case – it is one of a series of similar developments worldwide:

  • Switzerland: In October 2023, insolvency proceedings were opened against Lyoness Europe AG and Lyoness International AG.
  • South Africa: On 21 June 2024, the High Court ordered the liquidation of Lyconet South Africa (Pty) Ltd – among other things due to unpaid bonuses from the ‘X’ project.
  • United Kingdom: MyWorld International Ltd is also facing deletion from the commercial register.
  • Benefit4me Global Ltd: Now formally in liquidation.

Strategic corporate demise?

The approach is strikingly similar: renaming, relocation, liquidation – often without transparent communication. Observers suspect a deliberate dismantling of the structure, possibly to pre-empt legal action or creditor claims.

Conclusion: no coincidence – but a systematic approach?

The cases in Switzerland, South Africa and the United Kingdom should not be viewed in isolation, but rather indicate a recurring pattern. The structures behind Lyoness, Lyconet and myWorld are losing ground internationally – not least due to increasing attention from authorities, the media and aggrieved participants.

It remains to be seen whether other national companies will follow suit. One thing is certain: the company deaths are underway.
