XPRO Shiiro Academy Homnifi & B2Pay: FMA Warning in New Zealand
The Financial Market Authority (FMA) in New Zealand has issued an official warning regarding several providers associated with the controversial XPRO network. Specifically affected are:
XPRO
Shiiro Academy
B2Pay
Homnifi
What does the FMA in New Zealand criticize about XPRO Shiiro Academy Homnifi & B2Pay?
According to the FMA’s official website, www.fma.govt.nz, these providers are not registered or licensed to offer financial services in New Zealand. The authority expressly warns against trusting these companies, as they may spread misleading information and operate a multi-level marketing (MLM) model that focuses not on the product but on recruiting new members.
Particularly explosive: The FMA expresses concerns that investors could be lured into risky or fraudulent investments by unclear or false information. In other words, the authority is confirming what we have already been documenting in our articles for months.

The warning from the New Zealand supervisory authority is another clear signal that XPRO and its partner projects are under international scrutiny. Anyone coming into contact with these platforms should exercise the utmost caution and not make any payments without checking the regulatory approval of the providers.
Our advice: Don’t be blinded by aggressive glossy marketing. Check providers for licenses, independent audits and transparent business models. And if you are affected yourself – get in touch with us.
Note: As always, those affected are welcome to share their perspective, and anyone with additional or differing information is encouraged to contact us. We have no interest in making false claims—our primary goal remains to provide comprehensive documentation.
